Legal Information
This page contains important legal information about Physical V Performance's services, patient rights, and responsibilities. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Terms of Service
By scheduling an appointment or receiving treatment at Physical V Performance, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our professional relationship and to facilitate the best possible care.
Our physiotherapists are licensed healthcare professionals committed to providing high-quality care in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines. While we strive for positive outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results from treatments as individual responses may vary. We work collaboratively with patients to develop and adjust treatment plans based on progress and feedback.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. Consistent attendance at scheduled sessions is important for optimal treatment outcomes. Patients are expected to follow home exercise programs and recommendations provided by their physiotherapist to maximize treatment benefits.
Payment is expected at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods including major credit cards, cash, and health insurance where applicable. While we may assist with insurance claims, patients are ultimately responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and for any fees not covered by insurance.
